| No, no relation to user 94 db8, but I have met the guy once. He has a pretty clean teggy. As for work I've done here are some pics for ya. Here is a before and after photo of a LS 5th gear salvage installed in a b16 tranny, grinded down to get rid of the gunk.   Here is an LS tranny, the bearing for the countershaft made a huge groove in the shaft causing 1st gear to fail. Found a donor tranny to gather parts from.   My most recent work was on a CRX with a B16. I swapped out some syncros/syncro rings, 2 gears that had excessive wear, LSD install. I took apart the LSD which had clutch discs, my brother took one disc to his welding shop and fixed it. I assembled everything and the car has been running great. | |
