| great for drag cars that go really fast. it keeps you from experiencing the "parachute effects" at the big end of the track. also easier and cheaper than a real diffuser, though it looks like ass.
as for a car that's on a road course? i suppose it could help, but not completely sure.

i'd say depends more on trap speed. the faster you trap, the more you would need it. i used to trap 116 and thought about how beneficial one of these would be. not worth the looks, but i have to imagine i coulda picked up a mph or two.

| yea, im trying to debate whether or not i want to use one, but im not too big on cutting up my back bumper. I also wont be hardcore racing my car. i was just wondering if any of our 392 members had any first hand knowledge of them. | |

| I like em but i dont trap 80+ lol. Had em on my integra. Rather say a diffuser tray is best for road racing etc | |

| not worth it, IMO, unless you are racing for points or money. i don't know that you would be excited to run a bit faster and have to look at that thing. LOL.
or.. buy a cheap rear bumper cover and cut holes in it. or.. you can rivet a piece of sheet metal underneath. maybe, as mentioned above, get a diffuser. but those are pretty pricey.
