Ran it over 2 years w/ no problems. Sounded nice but I'm sure it would have been tons better if there was a new filter on it.

If your buyer falls through, I'd like to take a look at it.

yes, but no clamps for it.

no. but like any other intakes, I recommend you get a tune shortly after installing it.
