this will over time become my build thread. going thru my photobucket and moving things around and what not heres how it sits at the moment will be going back to stock ride height for a while so i can sell my function forms and get a koni and gc set-up.

Well this car was bought with zero intentions of being a project. I bought a b18b for it because I snow board and the single cam sucks going up hill with more then one person in it. Friend got me out to a local auto x event and it has become my "beast". Watch the movie Love the beast. I'm going to upload the time line as best as i can should of taken more pictures. oh well. car needs paint but that doesnt add to me going faster so its on the bottom of my list.

i doubt your brother will be running as high of spring rates as i plan to run. i just put the forms up again they will sell once i take them off the car no doubt in my head.

Idk what his spring rates are but they are soft and comfortable for daily use. What spring rates are you planning? 12/14k?

i dont use the k rating.....something in the ball park of 750-850

Do they still measure springs in lbs? Mine were always kg. I wouldn't even know what lbs springs I would want. Lol. Crazy imports...

Kilograms is pretty much pounds X2.

So 12kg = 1200kg = 600lbs.

That makes sense: American company. I did have some Skunk 2s that were 1000 lb. Forgot about those.

Yea. I just wanted to make it simple. But either way its always one search away if you didn't know the rates

i never got the forms because they where the rates i wanted i got the new type ones because they ride soft. Now that i know what i want to do im getting better damping and better rates that are custom to my liking.
