| Last month I had my AC system recharged at a local shop. Everything worked perfect and blew ice cold. Haven't used it or turned it on until today. Here lies the problem I'm facing. When impress the AC button it does light up, but air is warm. Pop the hood while system is still on and condensor fan is on but the clutch is not engaging/spinning. Could it be I have lost pressure due to a slow leak and it's not wanting to engage? I checked my under dash fuse and it was good. I also switched the clutch relay with condensor relay to rule out it was bad. I don't know where to go from here so if anyone has any insight or know who can check it out that knows what they are doin please guide me in right direction.
Thanks | |

| how long was the A/C not working?
if left dry for too long the seals dry out and they can't hold in the refrigerant/oil. if you could have a leak due to that. sounds like the coolant leaked to the point where your compressor won't run.

Had the system vaccumed and recharged last month worked fine and haven't turned it on since then since it has been cool and raining. Tried it out yesterday and no luck. | |
